Marshall Information…January 25-26, 2019
Friday Departure: We will load the buses on Friday at the lower entrance at 7:00am. We plan to leave at 7:30
Hotel Information: AmericInn, Marshall
Tournament Site: Marshall High School, SMSU college
3 rounds on Friday 4th round and break rounds on Saturday Varsity breaks to quarters, semis and finals
Tournament Attire: Students my wear comfortable clothes on the bus. We will stop at the hotel briefly in Marshall and students may change at the hotel into suits.
Lunch: There are two choices. Students may bring a bag lunch or eat at Marshall when we arrive. There should be time to grab a bit to eat. We will not be stopping once we leave the high school. The bus drivers have rules about eating on the bus- no drinks without a top.
Dinner on Friday and Breakfast on Saturday: We will have a pasta dinner at Marshall High School after round 3. This is covered in your Marshall payment. The hotel will have breakfast ready for us at 6:00 am on Saturday.
Friday Evening: Due to the lack of entertainment options for 90 people in Marshall we will be spending the evening entertaining ourselves at the hotel. Feel free to bring games, and snacks (NOTHING WITH PEANUTS!)
Trip Home: Awards are scheduled for 4:00 on Saturday. After awards students will be able to change into your comfortable clothes for the ride home. We will stop for dinner on the way home; we should be home about 10:00-10:30 pm.
